Mrs. Watkin's Third Grade:

Joanie Owens remembers: (That's what Mrs. Watkins called her) We had a great Valentine's Day party and we all made and decorated our own Valentine's Day boxes for the party! I started the year with a back injury and was wearing a back brace, so Mrs. Watkins insisted the boys carry my chair next door for movies. I felt SOOO SPECIAL! Mrs. Watkins always talked about her Dalmations.
