This season we have 18 players playing for the BIG POT of $36. The weekly elimination will be $1.80 each week unless someone doesn't win it. Then it will roll over to the pot and be divided between the remaining weeks.

If you get a chance to go to the Official CBS Amazing Race 12 website, you will find some interesting video. They are showing the "house" that the "losers" stay in until the race is over. SOME HOUSE!. There are also interviews with the teams, so you can get a "feel" for what they are REALLY like.
